Cinnamon bark. It will make fat cells more accessible to insulin and it blocks the formation of dangerous free radicals and increases the conversation rate of glucose to energy.
The natural treatment for diabetes involves boosting your pancreas. Most people don't know that there are plenty of foods that actually hurt it. There are some great fruits and vegetables that you can eat, that will help it get stronger and recover. By eating them, over the long term, you can solve this problem.
Lifestyle Changes Are More Than Important
Diabetes can be managed well with a few changes to diet and careful monitoring of lifestyle. But what changes do you need to make? Well first and foremost is a change to your diet. Watch what you eat. Cut back on the amounts you eat and avoid foods that are high in sugars. Pay a visit to your doctor, diabetes advisor or dietician and with their help, learn to read the food labels so you can pick the foods that aren't bad for you.
People with type 1 Diabetes should eat at about the same times each day and try to be consistent with the types of food they choose. This helps to prevent blood sugar from becoming extremely high or low.
People with type 2 Diabetes should follow a well-balanced and low-fat diet. There is a vast amount of support available that provides diet advice for Diabetics.
Another important thing you should do is to make people around or involved with you aware that you are diabetic. Co-workers, friends, family. They should all be made aware of the signs and symptoms of diabetes and more importantly the signs and treatments of a hypo or hypoglycemia so they can get any immediate treatment required.

My mom has been using bitter gourd herbal supplement to manage her diabetes. It has direct effects on lowering glucose levels. I think garlic is effective in lowering cholesterol levels.
